Job summary
Good Samaritan in West Union, IA, is seeking a skilled nursing administrator to oversee the nursing program in a long-term care facility. You will ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development within a Christian, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.
- Five years nursing experience required.
- Unencumbered RN license with State Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Administers the nursing program in a long-term care facility.
- Leads the daily operations and quality of resident care.
- Advises medical staff, department heads, and administrators on nursing services.
- Schedules staff and conducts performance reviews.
- Develops and implements clinical programs and marketing activities.
