Good Samaritan in Iowa seeks a Nursing Home Administrator – Long Term Care to provide strategic leadership and management of the facility, driving goals, compliance, and financial stability. You will oversee resident services, risk management, infection prevention, and QAPI, while ensuring resident rights, HIPAA compliance, and clear communication with families, staff and the medical community.

A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration is strongly preferred; licensure as a Nursing Home

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in healthcare administration with business/HR coursework.
• Location will determine experience requirements.
• Licensure as Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice is required.
• Additional state licenses may be required depending on facility needs.
