The role runs Monday–Friday with on-call rotations among leaders; provides leadership opportunities and career growth in a supportive EPICteam environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active Michigan RN license with CPR-BLS certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years in long-term care; 2+ years in an administrative role.
• Strong clinical knowledge in long-term care nursing and resident care management.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills; able to develop and guide staff.

• Assess residents to ensure care is delivered as directed.
