Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and supervise our nursing services. This role includes managing the nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, and assuming overall responsibility in the absence of the Administrator.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.
