Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and supervise our nursing services. What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Director of Nursing | DON | RN, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents. You will also be responsible for 24‑hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
