Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Hillsboro, IL is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead Nursing Services, ensure quality care, and supervise staff on a 24-hour basis. The role reports to center leadership and guides clinical operations.

Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois required.
• LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Nursing Services per physician orders and resident needs.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department.
• In Administrator's absence, assume center operations responsibilities.
