Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) / RN to oversee Nursing Services across residents, ensuring quality care and 24-hour supervision. In this role you would report to the Administrator and lead clinical operations in a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, 2+ years of nurse supervisory experience, and an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and management of Nursing Services for residents.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department.
• In the Administrator’s absence, assume responsibility for center operations.
