Job summary

Twin Lakes Community is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor/ADON to provide comprehensive nursing care and supervise nursing staff on site. The role requires RN licensure and a minimum of five years in a supervisory capacity within patient care settings.

You will collaborate with medical leadership and nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage daily nursing operations with a focus on dignity and wellness for residents.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Nursing Supervisor/ADON in a patient care setting preferred.
• Valid RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and supervise nursing staff.
• Coordinate care plans with Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
