Job summary
A healthcare workforce solutions company is seeking a Director of Nursing in Kinston, North Carolina. Qualifications
- Must possess a current unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State.
- Must have three (3) years of supervisory experience in a relevant health care facility.
- Minimum six (6) months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure medical and nursing care align with resident preferences and needs.
- Plan and direct the nursing services department’s programs and activities.
- Monitor nursing reports to respond effectively to changes in residents' conditions.
