Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current state RN license.
• Three years of RN experience.
• At least one year supervisory/management experience.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Provide basic nursing care within scope of practice.
• Oversee nursing department operations and staffing.
• Develop and maintain nursing service objectives and standards.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations.
• Manage department budget and supplies.
• Communicate with patients and families about treatment.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Prepare for emergencies with procedures.
