HonorHealth is seeking an accomplished Nursing Leader for the OR - Main unit in Scottsdale. This role provides clinical management, operational direction, and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, policy implementation, and collaboration with medical staff to advance stroke care initiatives and patient satisfaction across the department.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license and BCLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience; 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing services in the OR/Stroke care unit.
• Develop annual budgets and strategic plans for defined areas.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage performance across the department.
• Promote evidence-based patient care and quality initiatives.
