Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide leadership and oversight of nursing services, ensuring high-quality resident-centered care across the community.

You will mentor staff, implement best practices, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering strong communication with residents and families. Full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the State of Minnesota.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience as Director of Nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community.
• Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance.
• Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique healthcare needs of residents and support individualized care planning.
