Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure resident-centered care with clinical excellence. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Minnesota RN license, bring leadership experience, and champion best practices, regulatory compliance, and staff development to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Director of Nursing experience preferred but not required.
