Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a Director of Nursing. The role leads nursing services, ensures clinical excellence, and drives resident-centered care across the community.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation. A Minnesota RN license is required, and prior DON experience is preferred but not mandatory, offering an opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• Director of Nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community.
• Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance.
• Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address residents' healthcare needs and support individualized care planning.
