Job summary

RAM Recruiting seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in North Miami, FL. The DON will lead the nursing department, supervise RNs/LPNs/CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care with strong documentation and survey readiness.

Requirements include an active Florida RN license, DON or ADON experience in SNF/LTC, 3+ years tenure, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, full time.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• DON experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
• Experience in SNF/LTC settings.
• 3+ years of tenure in prior roles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and retain the nursing team: RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Drive down rehospitalizations through clinical oversight.
• Partner daily with nursing supervisors on operations and staffing.
• Ensure accurate, complete clinical documentation and survey readiness.
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families.
