Job summary

Apploi is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility in New Hampshire. This role requires strategic oversight, staff development, and strong adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

The DON will mentor nursing leaders, ensure survey readiness, coordinate care planning, audits, and staffing while maintaining compassionate resident care. A current RN license and at least 3 years in nursing leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership/management experience.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
