Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership/management experience.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with staffing, care planning, audits, and survey readiness preferred.
