Qualificações

• RN licensed in the state
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Minimum years of nursing leadership/supervisory experience preferred

• Oversee nursing services 24/7 to ensure quality resident care.
• Supervise and orient nursing staff; assess and address performance.
• Ensure compliance with Federal/State/company regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, administration, and other departments.
• Lead admissions decisions and resident care planning as needed
