Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a health care facility.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations and QA processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the nursing department to ensure quality resident care.
• Develop policies, procedures, and reports for administrative oversight.
• Coordinate staffing and assign duties to nursing personnel per shift.
• Lead quality assurance, infection control, and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with MDS, QA, and HR to support care plans and compliance.
