Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and direct the nursing department in a Texas facility. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, oversee quality outcomes, staff education, and performance, and manage staffing levels for all shifts.

Responsibilities include developing nursing service structures, policies, QA programs, infection control, and coordination with resident services.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum six months supervisory healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the nursing department.
• Develop policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Lead quality assurance and infection control programs.
• Coordinate with other resident services.
• Report to Administrator and Director of Nursing.
