Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Services for residents, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and 24/7 supervisory oversight. The role emphasizes coordination with physicians, staff development, and policy implementation to maintain high care standards.

The position requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and substantial supervisory experience in long-term or acute care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum five years in long-term or acute care settings; two+ years supervising nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and management of Nursing Services per physician orders and resident needs.
• Provide 24-hour supervision and direct the Nursing Department to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other departments to optimize resident care and outcomes.
• Lead infection control program, surveillance, and QA activities; prepare reports for QA committee.
