Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in Illinois to guide the clinical team, assess residents, and oversee individualized care plans. You will be responsible for leading staff, coordinating infection control, and ensuring medication management aligns with regulatory standards.

The role requires an LPN with supervisory experience and RN preferred, along with strong communication and leadership skills to mentor a dedicated team and uphold high-quality care standards.

Qualifications

• LPN license required and RN preferred.
• Two years of nursing supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessment of prospective residents, including off-site visits.
• Performs wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of each resident.
• Delivers health promotion services, offers disease prevention counseling, and provides self-care education to residents.
• Engages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Fosters communication by regularly engaging with physicians, pertinent healthcare providers, and family members.
• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team in providing exceptional care experiences.
• Coordinates the Community’s infection control program while maintaining state regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee the Community’s medication management program.
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
