Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an RN Supervisor for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Alabama to lead nursing staff, ensure high‑quality care, and uphold regulatory standards. You will coordinate care plans, assess residents, and train team members to ensure safety and quality.

You will oversee medication administration, documentation, and infection control while collaborating with physicians, therapists, social workers, and the care team. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably SNF.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Coordinate and oversee resident nursing care and care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and communicate findings.
• Provide ongoing staff education and training, including new-hire orientation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and infection control practices.
• Collaborate with scheduling to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Oversee medication administration and storage per policy.
• Foster effective team communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Engage residents and families with respectful and responsive care.
• Lead during emergencies and coordinate timely responses.
