Job summary

Complete Care at Kimberly Hall South in Windsor, CT seeks an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team at the 180-bed skilled nursing facility.

With a 4-star CMS rating, we are looking for a strong clinical leader who can maintain high standards, support staff, ensure compliance, and drive continued success.

The DON will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing leadership, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with the administrator to meet facility goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license required.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and clinical compliance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and staff development skills.
• Ability to manage clinical operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and staff.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and performance improvement initiatives.
