Job summary

Complete Care Management LLC in Hartford, CT seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care. This hands-on leader will develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive environment for residents and employees.

The DON will oversee daily nursing services, mentor leadership, drive quality improvement, manage staffing and survey readiness, and collaborate with facility leadership to maintain high care

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license required.
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams, hold staff accountable, and drive clinical excellence.
