Confidential DON in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a skilled nursing Director of Nursing to lead a 100+ bed facility with a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

You will oversee nursing operations, coach a high-performing team, ensure survey readiness, uphold state/federal regulations, drive quality initiatives, and foster resident-centered care. This role offers a collaborative leadership culture and opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Connecticut or reciprocal state.
• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, or similar).
• DON experience in Skilled Nursing/LTC.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of long-term care regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
