Apploi in Colorado is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Department in our skilled nursing facility. You will set department goals, oversee clinical operations, and foster a positive, inclusive culture while ensuring residents receive a high standard of care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, at least five years of RN experience, and prior department management experience.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• An unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 5 years of RN experience and prior department management experience.
• Prior Director of Nursing or SNF experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department and nursing operations.
• Set and attain Nursing Department goals while maintaining quality of care.
• Inspire and lead the clinical team with problem solving and process improvements.
• Ensure residents receive an unparalleled standard of care and foster a positive culture.
