Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our Skilled Nursing team, ensuring residents receive an unparalleled standard of care. You will be the heart of the Clinical Department, driving goals, inspiring your team, and solving complex problems to maintain excellence in service delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, possess an unencumbered RN license, and have 5 years of RN experience with prior department leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 5 years of RN experience.
• Experience managing a department; Director of Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Nursing Department to ensure high care standards.
• Set and attain Nursing Department goals and drive clinical excellence.
• Inspire the clinical team and foster an inclusive facility culture.
• Utilize creative problem solving to support residents’ care needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain quality of care.
