Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and active California RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in Substance Use Disorder treatment is required.
• 1–3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and directs nursing services.
• Ensure staffing levels and monthly nurse schedules.
• Participates in quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Liaises between Medical Director, Nursing and Treatment team.
• Develops and enforces Nursing Services policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
