Qualifications

• 5+ years of psychiatric/behavioral health nursing leadership experience.
• Active and current RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree in Nursing plus a BSN, or BSN.
• MSN or master\u2019s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Demonstrated hospital operational and nursing leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain licenses, certifications, and registrations as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CNO and hospital leadership to establish and achieve nursing, quality, safety, and operational goals.

• Build strong relationships with physicians, nursing staff, clinical leaders, patients, and other stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director – Behavioral Health to provide clinical and operational leadership across psychiatric nursing services. • MSN or master’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred/required as applicable.
• Demonstrated hospital operational and nursing leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive clinical excellence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all licenses, certifications, and registrations required by applicable law, regulation, or organizational policy.
