OPCO Skilled Management in Roswell, NM is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Services team, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and oversee 24-hour nursing operations.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and supervisory experience. Relocation is required with a $2,500 relocation bonus. You will build strong teams and maintain a welcoming culture, guiding residents with quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care; at least 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total care plans in line with physician orders and regulations.
• Interpret and enforce policies and procedures with staff.
• Participate in admissions decisions and assess prospective residents.
• Lead management team meetings on resident status and census changes.
• Perform other duties as needed.
