SNF Staffing Solutions in Roswell, NM seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Services and ensure quality care. The RN will supervise 24-hour operations, implement physician orders, and maintain compliance with federal/state regulations. Requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a track record in long-term or acute care.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state where practice occurs.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 5 years in long-term or acute health care; at least 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total care plans for each resident according to physician orders and policies.
• Interpret and enforce nursing policies and procedures, supervising staff.
• Participate in admissions decisions and attend management team meetings.
• Oversee 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department.
