Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility in Roswell, NM. The RN will oversee nursing services, ensure 24-hour supervision, and manage care per physician orders and regulations.

Relocation is required with a $2,500 relocation bonus. This full-time role focuses on maintaining quality care and a welcoming, compliant environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of practice.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care; At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total care plans in line with physician orders and regulations.
• Interpret and enforce nursing policies; monitor staff practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and visit prospective residents.
• Lead daily/weekly management meetings to review resident status and census.
• Perform nursing process under Nurse Practice Act.
