Qualifications
- RN license required.
- 2 years nursing management preferred.
- 5 years nursing experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Lead infection control, quality assurance, and risk management programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes.
- Manage department budget and supplies.
- Serve as primary contact during state surveys and audits.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
