The Meadows of Marion, a long term care facility in Marion, OH, is seeking an experienced RN Director of Nursing to lead our nursing services and uphold the highest standards of resident care daily. Qualifications

• Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing supervisory/management in Medicaid/Medicare facility.
• Experience in acute, long-term, or geriatric care settings.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Ability to follow federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care for residents.
• Implement nursing services, resolve care issues.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Oversee confidentiality and resident privacy rights.
• Manage State Survey complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
