The Meadows of Marion is seeking an experienced RN Director of Nursing to lead our nursing services and ensure high-quality care for residents in Marion, Ohio. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years as RN in acute/long-term/geriatric supervision in Medicaid/Medicare facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Able to follow all Federal, State and Local rules and guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead a clinical team to successful clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to residents.
• Implement nursing services, objectives and standards; resolve resident care issues.
• Ensure compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Protect confidentiality and privacy rights of residents.
• Oversee State Survey complaints, investigations and resolutions.
