Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• BSN with 2 years of professional experience in community health or home care; or RN with 3 years professional experience in community health or home care.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, management, and supervision of the medical aspects of the Agency.
• Oversee staff education and training; ensure annual staff development and performance evaluations.
• Maintain client clinical records and ensure compliance with laws and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate 24/7 availability for scheduling based on client needs.
• Represent the agency in community meetings and events.
