Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with current state.
• 2+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in long-term or acute care.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with policies and regulations to ensure excellent resident care.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing services and programs per governing guidelines.
• Support development and approval of the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care with physicians, staff, and consultants.
• Ensure accurate completion of admission, transfer and discharge forms including MDS and care plans.
