Legacy Healthcare in Dayton, OH is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Clinical Department and uphold the highest standards of resident care. You will guide the nursing team with clear goals, inspire excellence, and ensure coordination across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field, an unencumbered RN license, and at least 5 years of RN experience with prior management in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license is required.
• At least 5 years of RN experience.
• Prior Director of Nursing or Skilled Nursing Facility management experience is preferred.
