Qualifications
- NYS RN license is required.
- BSN or MSN in Nursing is required or preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience is required.
- OPWDD experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop nursing objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and improve the Nursing Quality Assurance Plan.
- Maintain compliance with care standards and regulations.
- Implement OPWDD regulations and IRA/ICF standards.
- Participate in management meetings and team conferences.
- Provide healthcare consultation and emergency nursing coverage.
