Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license.
• Valid New York State driver’s license.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight across residential sites and ensure OPWDD compliance.
• Audit charts and ensure documentation adheres to standards.
• Oversee AMAP medication pourings and administration procedures.
• Provide RN coverage for residences with vacancies.
• Support teams during surveys, inspections, and complex medical events.
• Participate in nursing on-call rotation and document calls.
