Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Alabama is required.
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five to seven years’ experience in nursing and/or nursing management.

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient nursing service units and accountability for patient care delivery environment of assigned areas.
• Manage human and fiscal resources allocated to assigned areas.
• Establish and implement standards of practice that comply with regulatory agencies, goals, budgets and quality of service.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality; encourage teamwork and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
