Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of RN experience, Alabama licensure, and ACLS certification, with strong communication and teamwork skills to enhance patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and licensed in Alabama.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• ACLS certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate assignments to team members based on complexity and competency.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and follow nursing policies.
• Make rounds on new admits and address issues.
• Evaluate staffing based on census and adjust as needed.
