Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
Master's degree preferred in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
Minimum seven years of progressive nursing experience, with at least three years in nursing management in an acute care hospital.

Responsibilities

Operational leadership: Direct assigned inpatient nursing services across all shifts and set care delivery standards.
People leadership: Lead and evaluate nurse managers and staff, coach performance, and develop leadership capability.
Workforce management: Develop staffing plans and monitor productivity, vacancies, and agency usage.
Financial management: Develop and manage operating budgets and resource plans; review variances and take action.
Quality and patient safety: Monitor nursing quality indicators and patient outcomes; drive improvements.
Practice and regulatory compliance: Maintain nursing policies, licensure, and compliance with regulations.
Collaboration and patient experience: Partner with physicians and other departments to improve transitions and service delivery.
