• Manage human and fiscal resources allocated to assigned areas.
• Establish and implement standards of practice that comply with regulatory agencies, overall direction, goals, budgets and quality of service.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Alabama. Bachelor of science degree in nursing; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

• Five to seven years' experience in nursing and/or nursing management.

Additional Skills/Abilities:

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.
