Job summary

Regency Pacific is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead daily clinical operations at a skilled nursing facility in Washington. You will plan, implement, and monitor resident care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. A strong budget focus and ethical leadership are essential.

Required: RN license in good standing, 2+ years geriatric nursing and 2 years supervisory experience, knowledge of MDS and CMS surveys, and proficient English. Welcome bonus included.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in the state.
• Two+ years in geriatric nursing and medication administration.
• Two years in supervisory/management roles with budgeting and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of the MDS process and CMS/state surveys.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
• Meet health and criminal background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans with the healthcare team.
• Ensure nursing services uphold quality of care and residents' rights.
• Staff facility to meet regulations and keep administration informed.
• Ensure compliance with governmental standards and data management.
• Establish safety rules aligned with company policies.
• Manage the clinical budget with the administrator.
• Provide ethical leadership and ongoing staff development.
