Job summary

You will coordinate care with physicians and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering medications and treatments as prescribed.

The successful candidate holds an active CA RN license, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of acute care or SNF RN experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in acute care or SNF as an RN.
• Current California RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate direct nursing care.
• Coordinate care delivery to meet residents' and patients' needs.
• Prepare, deliver and document medications/treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and delegate nursing staff.
