Job summary
The Masonic Homes of California is seeking an on-call Registered Nurse for a part-time role in Covina, CA. The RN will plan, implement, and supervise nursing care for residents, ensure medications and treatments are delivered accurately, and perform MDS and initial assessments in line with state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate has a California RN license, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of SNF or acute care experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months clinical experience in acute care or SNF as an RN
- Currently licensed to practice as RN in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate direct nursing care.
- Coordinate care delivery to meet residents' needs per physician orders and regulations.
- Prepare, deliver and document medications/treatments; perform MDS and initial assessments; supervise and delegate nursing staff.
