Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Nursing Leader to provide strategic direction for nursing programs across the AHN focus areas. This role centers on quality, safety, customer service, growth, and financial stewardship, with collaboration across offices and physicians.

The position emphasizes transformational leadership, staff development, and evidence-based practice, including participation in research projects and dissemination of best practices throughout the system.

Qualifications

• Masters in Nursing is required.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC is required.
• BSN degree required.
• Certifications by ANCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for nursing programming across the AHN focus areas: Quality and Safety, Customer Service, Growth and Access, Financial Stability, People.
• Lead and participate in nurse quality indicators and improvement efforts.
• Oversee and ensure Shared Governance model across departments.
• Conduct large-scale project management and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, families and other departments.
