Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Director of Nursing to provide operational and clinical leadership across its Arizona programs.

The DON ensures nursing operations align with regulatory and patient safety standards while supporting growth, workforce development, and quality outcomes. The role requires a RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and at least 5 years of nursing experience including 2 years in progressive leadership, with broad behavioral health and integrated care exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading nursing operations in behavioral health, crisis, inpatient, residential, community-based, outpatient, or integrated care settings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory readiness, medication management, clinical documentation, patient safety, incident response, and quality improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, manage performance, interpret operational data, and implement corrective action plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for the assigned market, facility, or program portfolio.
• Ensure nursing operations meet organizational, regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety expectations.
• Translate enterprise nursing strategy into site-level execution and build stable nursing operations.
• Drive workforce engagement, growth readiness, and sustainable quality and compliance outcomes.
• Support survey readiness and respond to urgent operational needs.
